  Passing through Brantôme, we had lunch there on a Monday. The portions were generous and delicious, the meat tender and perfectly cooked, and the duck confit homemade. We enjoyed a boat trip and returned to La Mandoline for an ice cream – a pure delight. Thank you for the warm welcome and the pleasant, friendly service. We will definitely be back.

  A delightful little break in this unique spot. With a very warm welcome. We had homemade hot chocolate and a crêpe, a real treat. We will definitely be back for lunch. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

  We were rudely refused entry because we were wet… (12 bikers on a rainy day, no less). A simple sheltered spot on the terrace would have been more than enough, perhaps with a modicum of tact and courtesy. Judging by the other reviews – and especially your condescending replies – it quickly becomes clear that the problem doesn't lie with the customers. Appalling welcome, no sense of service whatsoever, and clearly no willingness to reflect on their actions. Avoid this place; there are far more welcoming establishments, even in the rain.
