  One star, but none would have been more representative of this extremely unpleasant experience that I and my friends had. The service was deplorable. Half our food orders were taken, and the waiter returned 10 minutes later to take the rest, without even apologizing. We ordered a mixed platter, and found a snail in the salad—and I should point out that it was whole (shell and snail). The waiter simply took it and threw it away, without apologizing or even mentioning it to his manager. When we got to the till, we reported this "incident." The waitress, who was clearly unaware of it, reacted unprofessionally (sighing and grumbling in front of us while complaining about her colleagues). No manager came to apologize, but we did get a 20% discount on the platter (better than nothing). In short, it was an establishment where I loved to eat because I always felt good there and especially always enjoyed a delicious meal, but now I would choose another place.
