Located at the foot of the famous Lascaux cave in Montignac in the heart of the Périgord Noir, it is here that since 1946 we have been manufacturing, with the greatest respect for our Périgord traditions, goose and duck foie gras, the famous foie gras pâtés  crickets, confits, stuffed necks, cassoulets with duck breast, porcini mushrooms and truffles ...

Our foie gras and derivative products regularly win awards at the Concours Général Agricole as well as the Palmes d'Or du Périgord.

For 10 years now, in summer (from mid-July to the end of August), we have been organizing a "Matinée Vigneronne" every Friday morning, honoring a Bergerac winemaker, where tastings and conviviality delight visitors. We obviously combine products from our cannery with the wine tasting.
