      For 4 generations, the Brusquand Farm has been breeding geese and ducks in accordance with Périgord traditions. Located 11 km from Sarlat-la-Canéda, don't miss a free visit to the farm from 5 p.m., and watch the animals feed, before tasting a delicious foie gras from the producer. The whole family welcomes you with ease for a moment of happiness and exchange around their shared passion. Come and meet them, you will enjoy yourself.

      Every day of the week, the Brusquand Farm opens the doors of its small shop stocked with good products. Foie gras, confit, duck breast, pâté, crickets of geese and duck will delight your taste buds, arrived at home. Proud of its land and its traditions, the family will delight you with specialties prepared on site, from animals force-fed and slaughtered on the farm. It is also possible to order by phone and to be delivered by parcel once the payment has been accepted. Enjoy old-fashioned dishes with the Brusquand Farm, a place of pleasure and Périgord delicacies.

      A restaurant area is open from April to October with a closure on Monday and Sunday evenings. Run by the children Charlotte and Pierre-Louis, who takes over the kitchen after his father Jean-Christophe, it offers a modern and warm setting punctuated with wood and black . The simple and gourmet menu, made from fresh products raised on site. Semi-cooked foie gras terrine, duck breast a la plancha, Périgord cassoulet and duo of duck breast and aiguillette are traditional homemade recipes honoring the region. Groups are welcomed depending on the period indoors with 34 seats, or on the 3 terraces with 110 seats. From 14 people, it is advisable to book to take advantage of a special menu, embellished with Bergerac wine or a selection offered by the pitcher to accompany the delicacies of the farm. Be gourmet at the Brusquand farm inn.
