In the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Fermes des Genestes has belonged to the same family for 5 generations. Starting with a few hectares and a few sheep, the farm has evolved with today the force-feeding and processing of fattened ducks with the greatest possible respect for animal welfare (force-feeding in boxes of 40 animals on straw with corn grain from the farm). Shop on the farm all year round, sale of fresh products (fresh liver, fresh duck breast, etc.) from October to April.
