Leaving aside the big American chains to unleash his creativity, Steven welcomes you to the Time Burgers Food Truck for lunch and dinner with gourmet burgers. Brioche, sesame, ciabatta, or seeded buns are filled with homemade ingredients and surprising combinations, like the Time Sheep with sheep's cheese, pear, and chocolate. Beyond his desire to delight your taste buds, Steven has launched a project to help those in need. The principle is simple: a collection box placed on the counter of his food trailer allows him to raise funds to buy the ingredients needed to make burgers, which are then distributed to people in difficulty. And the concept is proving popular, as in just two months, Steven has managed to donate 50 burgers through the local association Maison 24 – a successful endeavor that proves generosity and a love of good food can go hand in hand.
