Young chef Louis Garrigou is now at the helm of the kitchen at Charbonnel restaurant after working alongside Michelin-starred chef Riou for a year. His very promising career alongside Vincent Arnould, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best Craftsman of France), promises some wonderful culinary discoveries.

The restaurant is open from Monday evening to Sunday lunchtime during the off-season. And from Tuesday lunchtime to Sunday evening from june to september.

Service hours: 12pm-1:45pm and 7pm-9pm
