Based on the principle that all cuisines are creative, the Nommad's menu takes pleasure in revisiting local classics with an exotic twist. A foie gras with seaweed to start, a crispy duck with Asian flavors to continue, and a spiced crème brûlée to finish are just a few of the gourmet offerings.
