Nommad's presents itself as a friendly troublemaker in the culinary world. A small bistro located in the magnificent medieval village of Bourdeilles, a short ride from Brantôme, it offers nomadic cuisine inspired by the world.

Based on the principle that all cuisines are creative, Nommad's menu playfully reinterprets local classics with an exotic twist. Foie gras with seaweed to start, crispy duck with Asian flavors to continue, and a spiced crème brûlée to finish are just a few of the tempting offerings.

The culinary influences are numerous, from Asia to South America via Africa, India and Europe, with the key words being: freshness and homemade.
