The Fernand Desmoulin museum housed in the abbey buildings is part of the visit. This renowned painter exercised his talents as a medium drawing artist for two years: could this be linked to the fact that the beginning of the 20th century saw the consumption of opiates develop??? in any case, I wasn’t hooked on this part of the exhibition.
An authentic and honest museum around the surprising figure of this medium painter, a moving visit which leaves you dreaming, it is good that the city highlights this original and avant-garde personality, I recommend this visit which is a good complement at Brantôme Abbey.
