Écomusée de la Truffe Discover the black truffle at the Sorges Ecomuseum

Housed in a fully renovated 19th-century farmhouse, the Truffle Ecomuseum welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Sorges. The spacious and easily accessible car parks on either side of the RN 21 allow for nearby parking.

The museum is located on the upper floor of the building and is accessible via a ramp. The ground floor houses the reception area, the tourist information area, and the shop specializing in truffles and local products. Truffles (fresh in season or preserved) and all our products can be sold remotely by simply calling us.

A visit to the museum will reveal the mysteries of the black diamond, through a completely renewed museography, the discovery trail will take you to the limestone plateau to discover the flora and fauna specific to truffle fields.

Guided tours : in July and August on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10:30 a.m. and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:30 p.m. €6.50

Gourmet plate tastings : every day on request: €4.50

From mid-June to mid-September open every day from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.
The rest of the year open Monday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., open Sunday mornings in January and December.
Closed on public holidays except Whit Monday, July 14 and August 15.
