Écomusée de la Truffe Discover the black truffle at the Sorges Ecomuseum

Housed in a fully renovated 19th-century farmhouse, the Truffle Ecomuseum welcomes you at the entrance to the village of Sorges. Parking is available on site, as well as coach parking for groups.

The museum, located on the upper floor of the building, is accessible via a ramp. The ground floor houses the reception area, the tourist information center, and a shop specializing in truffles and local products. Truffles (fresh in season or preserved) and all our products can be purchased remotely by simply calling us.

A visit to the museum will reveal the mysteries of the black diamond, through a completely renewed museography will lead you to the limestone plateau to discover the flora and fauna specific to truffle orchards.

Guided tours: from July 7th to August 21st, 2026, guided tour with tasting, every Tuesday and Friday at 10:30 am and 3:30 pm

• Adults: €9, concessions €7, children aged 5-12: €5

Special family guided tour every Thursday at 10:30 am and 2:30 pm -

• Adults : €7, Concessions: €5, Children 5-12 years: €4.

Gourmet platter tastings : available all year round, €6/person, €4.5/person for children under 12.

Schedules :

• December and January: Monday to Saturday (except Tuesday) from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 5pm, Sunday 12:30pm, closed on Tuesdays and public holidays.
• February to June and September to November : Monday to Saturday (except Tuesday) from 10am to 12:30pm and from 2pm to 7am, closed on Tuesdays, Sundays, and public holidays (except Whit Monday).
• July and August : Monday to Saturday from 10am to 6pm, Sunday from 10am to 1pm and from 2pm to 6pm, open on August 14th and 15th.
