Les Noyeraies du Lander Museums / Arts and Insdustrial Heritage in Sarlat la Canéda

Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Noyeraies du Lander welcome you all year round to present their artisanal and ancestral know-how.

Located a stone's throw from Sarlat, our 17ha farm will open the door to the secrets of walnut and oil production.

During a free guided tour, come and discover the production, harvesting and processing of nuts as well as the manufacture of oil. For 30 minutes, go through all the processing stages of the nut : from the tree to the plate.

The visit will end with a free tasting of our products and a visit to our gourmet shop. Mainly made up of local and artisanal products, we also offer a small restaurant area to share a sweet or savory snack or a drink with friends or family.

From spring 2023 and in addition to the guided tour, free access to our nature trail and our educational orchard. These two facilities at the heart of the property will introduce you to different varieties of walnut trees as well as the life of a walnut grove and its biodiversity.

The walnut groves welcome you:

• From September to June :
- Monday to Friday : 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
- Saturday : 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.

• From July to August :
- Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 1pm and 2pm - 7pm
- Saturday: 9:30am - 1pm and 2pm - 6pm
