Before leaving the Périgord Noir region, we suggest you witness the confluence of the Dordogne and Vézère rivers. This point of confluence at Limeuil offers an additional point of interest: two magnificent bridges span the waterways. Get your camera ready and capture the scene from every angle. La Roque-Gageac ? It's one of the most popular villages in the Périgord region. It's picture-perfect, with the Dordogne River flowing at its feet, tropical plants blooming throughout the village, and a microclimate that ensures it's always sunny. 8. The view from Domme, spectacular all year round

Domme is a hilltop village located in the Dordogne Valley. Climb to the top of the village in summer and during the warmer months, and enjoy its artisans, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Take a tour of its caves, visit the Porte des Tours (Tower Gate), and above all, don't miss the magnificent panoramic view from the Belvédère de la Barre viewpoint.

9. A free walk for sensational photos

The Château de Campagne is open year-round. Owned by the department, this château features an arboretum, a magnificent stone staircase leading to a national forest with its traditional stone huts (cluzeaux), a climbing area, a beautiful woodland, and a viewpoint overlooking the Vézère Valley (right at the top!). It's a perfect spot for taking stunning photographs, thanks to the variety of trees, shrubs, and flowers, the hornbeam maze, and the kitchen garden. Follow the winding path and watch the water meander through the garden.
