LE GITE DES HAUTS DE SAINT VINCENT: CHARMING COTTAGE IN THE DORDOGNE, 15 MINUTES FROM SARLAT

A detached house with a private terrace

Located within the grounds of Hauts de Saint Vincent, 15 minutes from Sarlat in the golden triangle of the Périgord Noir, the gîte is a small stone house on 2 levels consisting of 2 rooms:

• Upstairs: a 12 m2 bedroom with exposed beams and an en-suite bathroom (comprising a shower, a sink and a toilet)
• On the ground floor: a 15 m2 living room with equipped kitchenette (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, crockery) opening onto a large private and sunny terrace with teak garden table and chairs, armchairs, deckchairs and parasol.

Details: Due to the room's configuration (a steep staircase between the two levels), children are not accepted - Attic room with beams at 1.90 m. - Linen, bath and pool towels provided - Beds made upon arrival - End-of-stay cleaning included.

Access to the swimming pool in the hills of Saint Vincent

A heated swimming pool, shared with the bed and breakfast, is also open to guests of the gîte. It is accessible from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting, and you can relax there while admiring the view of the Dordogne River and the Château des Milandes.

An ideal location for visiting the Périgord Noir and the Dordogne Valley

Located 2 km from the village of Beynac-et-Cazenac and 12 km from the medieval town of Sarlat, the gîte will allow you to explore all the major sites of the Dordogne valley : the Château des Milandes where Josephine Baker lived is 20 minutes away, the feudal castle of Beynac is 5 minutes away, the gardens of Marqueyssac, the Château de Castelnaud and the village of La Roque Gageac are 15 minutes away, the bastide of Domme is 20 minutes away, the caves of Lascaux are 45 minutes away.

For walkers, the Harrison Barker hiking trail is accessible directly from the property and will allow you to reach Saint Cyprien or Beynac and Cazenac on foot.

The possibility of enjoying the services of the guest house

• A gourmet table d'hôtes is offered 2 evenings a week by reservation, in the company of the guests of the bed and breakfast.
