Les Hauts de Saint-Vincent Small, charming house, ideal for a couple in the heart of the Périgord Noir

LE GITE DES HAUTS DE SAINT VINCENT: CHARMING GITE IN THE DORDOGNE 15 MINUTES FROM SARLAT

An independent house with private terrace

Located within the Hauts de Saint Vincent estate, 15 minutes from Sarlat in the golden triangle of the Périgord Noir, the gîte is a small stone house on 2 levels comprising 2 rooms:

• Upstairs: a 12 ^m² bedroom with exposed beams and bathroom (composed of a shower, a sink and a toilet)
• On the ground floor: a 15 ^m2 living room with equipped kitchen area (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, induction hob, coffee maker, kettle, crockery) opening onto a large private and sunny terrace with teak garden table and chairs, armchairs, deckchairs and parasol.

Details: Due to the configuration of the room (miller's ladder between the 2 levels), children are not accepted - Attic room with beams at 1.90 m. - Linen and bath and pool towels provided - Beds made on arrival - End of stay cleaning included.

Access to the swimming pool at Hauts de Saint Vincent

A heated swimming pool shared with the guest rooms is also open to guests of the gîte. It is accessible from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting, and you can relax while admiring the view of the Dordogne River and the Château des Milandes.

An ideal location for visiting the Périgord Noir and the Dordogne valley

Located 2 km from the village of Beynac-et-Cazenac and 12 km from the medieval town of Sarlat , the gîte will allow you to explore all the major sites in the Dordogne valley : the Château des Milandes where Joséphine Baker lived is 20 minutes away, the feudal castle of Beynac is 5 minutes away, the gardens of Marqueyssac, the Château de Castelnaud and the village of La Roque Gageac are 15 minutes away, the fortified town of Domme is 20 minutes away, the Lascaux caves are 45 minutes away.

For walkers, the Harrison Barker hiking trail is accessible directly from the property and will allow you to reach Saint Cyprien or Beynac and Cazenac on foot.

The possibility of taking advantage of the services of the guest house
