- Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Noyeraies du Lander and their 17 ha of walnut trees welcome you all year round to present you with traditional and ancestral know-how.
  
  Follow our guide during a free 30-minute guided tour and learn about the production, harvesting and processing of nuts and the making of oil. This guided tour will end with a free tasting of our products and a visit to our gourmet shop. Mainly made up of local and artisanal products, we also offer a small restaurant area to share a sweet or savory snack or a drink with friends or family.
  
  From spring 2023 and in addition to the guided tour, you will be able to discover our educational and fun orchard presenting 13 varieties of walnut trees as well as a nature trail dotted with different cartels addressing several aspects of local biodiversity and the life of a walnut grove.
  
  Combining nature, discovery, gluttony and escape, come and discover the Walnut Groves of the Lander!
  
  The walnut groves welcome you:
  
  • From September to June :
  - Monday to Friday : 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
  - Saturday : 2 p.m. - 6 p.m.
  
  • From July to August :
  - Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 1pm and 2pm - 7pm
  - Saturday: 9:30am - 1pm and 2pm - 6pm

  • Tours depart every 30 minutes (Morning: first tour departure at 9:30 a.m., last tour departure at 12 p.m. - Afternoon: first tour departure at 2 p.m., last tour departure at 5:30 p.m.)

Great tour in English of the walnut orchards and the walnut oil production area, worth it for the 1905 vintage machinery alone. Free samples of walnut cakes, oil, wine and liqueur, chance to buy if you wish.

Love this place, machinery used dates back to 1900. The smell of walnuts gentle cooking to make the oil is amazing. Staff really friendly.

Amazing free tour given in both French and English. No pressure to purchase afterwards (although the products are so good you probably should anyway).
