Les Noyeraies du Lander Discovering walnut production in Sarlat

Nestled in the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Noyeraies du Lander and their 17 hectares of walnut trees welcome you all year round to present you with artisanal and ancestral know-how.

Join our guide for a free 45-minute tour and discover the production, harvesting, and processing of walnuts, as well as the oil-making process. The tour concludes with a complimentary tasting of our products and a visit to our gourmet shop. Primarily featuring local and artisanal products, we also offer a small dining area where you can enjoy a sweet or savory snack or a drink with friends or family.

In addition to the guided tour you can discover our educational and fun orchard featuring 13 varieties of walnut trees as well as a nature trail dotted with different signs addressing several aspects of local biodiversity and the life of a walnut grove.

The walnut groves welcome you:

• From September to June:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 12:30pm and 2pm - 6pm
- Saturday: 2pm - 6pm

• From July to August:

- Monday to Friday: 9:30am - 7pm

- Saturday: 9:30 am - 6 pm
