Caviar Perle Noire

We welcome you to Les Eyzies-de-Tayac, the world capital of prehistory, in the heart of the Black Périgord for a gourmet and unusual visit. We offer you a walk in the heart of nature around the fish farm (Natura 2000 site) to discover the method of breeding sturgeons, prehistoric fish over 250 million years old, but in particular ours. We will entrust you with the ancestral techniques of caviar production and we will be pleased to share with you its unknown and surprising history. We will of course end, in this gastronomic region that is ours, with a gourmet and tasty tasting of Caviar Perle Noire products.

Including the tasting of our smoked trout, our smoked sturgeon, our trout eggs, our creamy trout, our creamy sturgeon, our caviar butter, a young caviar and a mature caviar, all accompanied by a glass of wine sparkling

The Connoisseur 80€ / person
Including the tasting of our smoked trout, our smoked sturgeon, our trout eggs, our creamy trout, our creamy sturgeon, our caviar butter, a young caviar - a pure salt caviar - a mature caviar - an Oscietra caviar, all accompanied by a glass of sparkling wine and a shot of our vodka distilled in Périgord
