Located at the foot of the famous Lascaux cave in Montignac in the heart of the Périgord Noir, it is here that since 1946 we have been producing, with the utmost respect for our Périgord traditions, goose and duck foie gras, the famous foie gras pâtés, crickets, confits, stuffed necks, cassoulets with duck breast, ceps and truffles...

Our foie gras and related products are regularly awarded prizes at the Concours Général Agricole and the Palmes d'Or du Périgord.

For the past 10 years, every Friday morning (from mid-July to the end of August), we have organized a "Winemaker's Morning," showcasing a winemaker from Bergerac, where tastings and a friendly atmosphere delight visitors. We naturally pair the wine tastings with products from our own preserves.
