Les Oies du Périgord Noir Meet the 4th generation of foie gras producers in Prats de Carlux

Established in January 2000, we are the fourth generation to develop this family farm. On our farm, you can discover and share in our work as breeders, raisers, force-feeders, and preservers. We will explain the life of the Toulouse grey goose, specially selected for its suitability for meat and liver production.

Summer visits are Monday to Friday at 10:00 AM by reservation only. For visits the rest of the year or for groups, please contact us (06 86 73 80 38). Tours will be organized throughout the year.

Come and taste and buy at the SCEA les Oies Du Périgord Noir shop. You will find whole semi-cooked foie gras, confit, goose sausage, rillettes, gizzards, terrine, duck breasts and more.

We can help you choose the products that best suit your needs, explaining the differences between the various types of foie gras: whole (semi-cooked or canned), block, or the famous foie gras pâté. Each product remains a staple of local gastronomy, a tradition in the Périgord Noir region for many years.

We work on each product using traditional methods, without preservatives.
