Les Oies du Périgord Noir Meet the 4th generation of foie gras producers in Prats de Carlux

Established in January 2000, we are the 4th generation to develop this family farm. On our farm you can discover and share our profession of breeder-breeder-force-feeder-canner. We will explain the life of the Toulouse grey goose specially selected for its ability to make meat and liver.

If you would like to visit the farm for free, taste or buy our artisanal products , do not hesitate to contact us!

Visiting hours during the summer period are from Monday to Friday at 10am by reservation only. The rest of the year or for groups, contact us (06 86 73 80 38). Visits will be organized throughout the year.

Come and taste and buy the Oies Du Périgord Noir at the SCEA boutique. You can find everything from whole foie gras micuit to confit, goose sausage, rillettes, gizzards and more.

We can help you choose the products that suit you best, the differences between the names of whole foie gras (semi-cooked or canned), the block or the famous foie gras pâtés. Each product remains a must-have in the local gastronomy that has been present for years in the Périgord Noir.

We work each product in an artisanal way, without preservatives or flavorings.
