It is for the great pleasure of lovers of respect for traditional manufacturing that we are part of the association of "ARTISANS CONSERVIERS" of the Dordogne which, for more than twenty years, has worked through a quality charter for the promotion of local artisanal know-how.

By also joining the Foie Gras du Périgord association, we benefit from the "Protected Geographical Indication" (PGI) giving us the "CERTIFIED ORIGIN PÉRIGORD" label for our Goose and Duck Foie Gras, a guarantee of safety for perfect traceability.
