It is in the black Périgord, 4 km from Sarlat, that the Salamandre distillery is located, run by the Gatinel family, passionate craftsmen since the late 1960s. Ancestral know-how and family recipes are offered to you in this place filled with history that has evolved over generations, preserving the quality and authenticity of their local product. Renowned for their eaux-de-vie, they decline their range around aperitifs, fruits in liqueur, creams and liqueurs. The fruits are carefully selected to release the best flavors, thanks to the delicate art of distillation. You can taste these alcohols after a one-hour free visit to the estate, Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. and 12 p.m., then from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Groups are accepted by reservation, with the possibility of guided tours.
