  First time I've ever been there, and definitely the last. One star is already too much. They're having a Karaoke night this Thursday, so as a customer, you expect a good atmosphere, a great vibe, music, etc. It's clearly the complete opposite. The owner prevents talented artists from doing their job by constantly turning down the volume, which was clearly not loud at all. He becomes aggressive with them for no reason, and with the other customers too. He clearly thinks he can get away with anything, and he's neither friendly nor welcoming! Making money is all well and good, but building customer loyalty and satisfaction is something else entirely. Sir, consider rethinking your understanding of what constitutes a customer base. And while you're at it, don't offer themed nights if you're not going to treat them properly. Furthermore, the drinks are very expensive. I ordered two portions of fries for €14, and after waiting almost 40 minutes because they forgot about me, they were tasteless. Plus, the drinks—a supposedly homemade iced tea for €4-5—might seem reasonable, but again, no taste whatsoever. In short, completely pointless. Avoid this place…don't waste your time!

  Extremely disappointed, we came to enjoy the karaoke and the manager amused himself by turning down the volume and making fun of the DJ. Unacceptable behavior that almost led to a physical altercation; the evening was ruined by the manager's immaturity.
