Padel is a racket sport, it is played with a smaller, rounded and stockier racket than that of tennis and a small ball. The land on which Padel is played is a fairly small playground, which makes it a less tiring or cardio sport than tennis or squash. Padel offers a perfect compromise for everyone, it is a mixed, intergenerational and collective sport (because it is played in doubles). Come with your friends or find teammates on site. You can take lessons to learn how to play Padel, thanks to the coaches on site at La Bandeja.

The La Bandeja club offers top-of-the-range pitches, which comply with the official facilities. The rubbers are pleasant to play and secure. There are 3 indoor courts (indoors), and 2 outdoor courts (outdoors) to play in all weather conditions and all year round. The indoor room is air-conditioned and heated with a very high regulatory ceiling height of 9.20m. There is a warm-up area, so as not to enter the "game" cold and risk a tear or tendonitis! Players will appreciate the Live Experience to relive their match, learn from their mistakes and improve! Benjamin and Yannick are the coaches who will give you advice on how to progress.

Note: the first hour of play is free! Course rental includes equipment rental, but you can of course come with your own equipment. There are courses specifically for children, initiations at their level with reduced playing time and it is possible to organize birthday parties with a snack for the children invited.
