Abbayes et Villages entre Isle et Dronne

The abbey of Chancelade near Périgueux is the magical setting where this route begins.
After passing the last houses, the small roads will lead you through the woods to the Romanesque priory of Merlande, another enchanting place. Then by a road of crest you will join Mensignac on the heights between the two valleys, before going down towards the Dronne, its points of bathe, its mills its rocks (...)
