  I went there this morning with my printer's details to buy ink cartridges. I installed them, got an error message on the printer, called them, and apparently the ink refills they were selling weren't compatible with my printer, but they were willing to exchange them. I went back, got the new refills, installed them, and got another error message. The black ink cartridge I replaced was also defective, so I went to another store and bought another one. I was really disappointed with the service; it wasn't a printer problem, but the ink cartridges. I got annoyed too quickly, I know, and I apologize for that, but I'm just telling the truth, and I don't appreciate being called a liar. Anyway, the new Rue Taillefer is very nice. And of course, I wish you a good day despite everything.
