Trained in a craft brewery created in 2003 in Dordogne, their mission is clear: to defend and pass on the secrets of artisanal, local, and purely organic manufacturing. The brewery was born on a former military site, ESCAT, where it placed its bottles and its malt. Recently, Gauthier, Emmanuel's son, joined the team as a BTS apprentice at the Dordogne Chamber of Commerce.
