Today, we asked the salesperson for advice on choosing several bottles of white, rosé, and red. He was very friendly and gave excellent advice! He advised us based on our budget and our needs. My partner and I will return the next time we visit Périgueux.

Rémi is a great professional. He always offers good advice. The store has a wide selection of wines and spirits. I highly recommend him.

I usually go to the Périgueux store. This is the second time this nice gentleman has approached me to ask for gift wrapping... The store pays for the wrapping paper, boxes, and everything else. I was practically brushed off. I understand perfectly well that he doesn't like it when we ask him to wrap things for us... I bought the bottle, but not the gift wrapping. Today, I got it thrown in my face several times. I find this unpleasant because I'm a customer of this store, and every time, it's a complaint. This gentleman is generally quite nice, but this time I don't find it pleasant. My last purchase before this was significant, so I was fairly lenient, but in the future, I won't be going back there. He's not the only shopkeeper in this area, and besides, I was the only one in the store... Sales should be pleasant for both parties, but for the holidays, a little kindness and courtesy would be appreciated. It costs nothing... I refrained from telling him what I thought... Because I think in the end I would have just let him keep his bottle and gift wrap; we customers know perfectly well that you pay for the packaging; AT THAT RATE, YOU SHOULD WORK IN A LARGE RETAIL COMPANY...
