Starting from Montignac-Lascaux, Canoë Les 7 Rives, an APA base, invites you to experience the Vézère River up close, immersing yourself in its landscapes and history. Choose the route that suits you best: 8, 12, or 20 km along the water, between castles, cliffs, and iconic sites of the valley.

Starting from Montignac-Lascaux, our team from the 7 Rives base will accompany you to live an experience tailored to your desires, whether you come with family, friends or in a group.

Three routes to discover the Vézère at your own pace

8 km – Montignac to Thonac | 1h30 to 2h

A first discovery of the river, ideal for enjoying the scenery and admiring in particular the Losse castle.

12 km – Montignac to Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère | 2h30 to 3h

A descent into the heart of nature and the most remarkable castles, such as Losse, Belcayre and Clérans.

20 km – Montignac to Tursac | 4 a.m. to 4:30 a.m.

An experience to take the time to navigate and explore the landscapes, castles and troglodytic heritage of the Vallée de l'Homme, with the Conquil and the Roque Saint Christophe.

The durations are indicative and vary depending on navigation conditions and individual pace.

High-quality equipment, tailored to your needs

Canoeing, kayaking, or paddleboarding: enjoy a variety of high-quality equipment, suitable for different skill levels and abilities. Canoes for 2 to 5 people, single or double kayaks, stand-up paddleboards…

Our team will advise you on choosing the most suitable boat for your outing. Everything is provided for you to enjoy the river.

We provide all the necessary equipment for your trip, including waterproof barrels and appropriate safety gear. Once on the water, fully enjoy the Vézère River and its scenery. Return shuttles are then available to take you back to your starting point.

Additional information: Children aged 5 and over can come aboard, subject to safety conditions; they must be able to submerge themselves and swim. Pets are also welcome.

Groups and school groups are welcome on reservation, with the possibility of supervision by state-certified instructors.
