Le Meysset Enjoy Périgord cuisine in the hills above Sarlat

Le Meysset restaurant is nestled in the hills above Sarlat, 2 kilometers from the medieval town. Away from the crowds, the restaurant offers a peaceful setting. The air-conditioned dining room was renovated in 2021. Its large bay windows open onto a panoramic terrace. Surrounded by woods, the terrace boasts a splendid view of the valley. A relaxation area on the terrace allows you to enjoy a drink. In the shade of the pergola, you can enjoy a convivial moment during lunch or dinner.

Deeply inspired by his native Périgord region, chef Ludovic Charrieras brings all his expertise and knowledge of local produce to his cuisine. His research, in creating his menus, focuses as much on flavors, textures, and aromas as on the meticulous presentation. His signature style? Refined French cuisine presented on colorful plates. Exotic combinations and reimagined classics add a touch of originality to his creations. The Périgord menu and the menu featuring Périgord black truffles are particularly inspired by the region's gastronomic heritage.

Absolutely everything on the plates at Le Meysset restaurant is homemade. The ingredients are fresh and, whenever possible, local. Little by little, we are adopting eco-friendly practices to protect our planet every day. We favor organic and local producers. We grow our own herbs and edible flowers. We give our green waste a second life by composting it. The parking lot is equipped with two charging stations for electric vehicles.

Restaurant open to everyone, all year round, for lunch and dinner (except Mondays).
