This family farm, specializing in raising geese and ducks for four generations, showcases the region's culinary traditions through its farm products. Visitors can discover the secrets of traditional force-feeding and the artisanal production of high-quality products in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.


      Traditional production of foie gras

      The Auberge la Ferme du Brusquand is renowned for its foie gras production, made according to Périgord traditions. The geese and ducks are raised with care, guaranteeing high-quality products.

      Farm visits are free and offer the opportunity to observe the animals being fed while learning about production methods. Tastings of foie gras and other farm products are also available, providing visitors with a chance to share in the family's passion for gastronomy.


      The farm's gourmet shop

      Every day, the shop at Auberge la Ferme du Brusquand opens its doors, offering a wide range of artisanal products.       It is also possible to place an order by phone and receive the products by mail once payment has been accepted. Customers can thus enjoy traditional Périgord dishes in the comfort of their own homes.


      The inn's family restaurant

      The restaurant at Auberge la Ferme du Brusquand welcomes guests from April to October, with a closure on Monday and Sunday evenings.

      Run by Charlotte and Pierre-Louis, who took over the kitchen from their father Jean-Christophe, the restaurant offers a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The menu, simple yet delicious, is based on fresh produce from the farm. The dishes showcase the flavors of the Périgord Noir region, such as semi-cooked foie gras terrine, seared duck breast, Périgord-style cassoulet, and a duo of duck breast and aiguillette.


      Welcoming groups and events

      The restaurant at Auberge la Ferme du Brusquand offers 34 indoor seats and three terraces with a total capacity of 110. Groups are welcome, and reservations are recommended for parties of more than 14 people to take advantage of a special menu. Bergerac wines and a selection of wines available by the carafe perfectly complement the farm-fresh cuisine. This space is ideal for family meals, private events, or group gatherings.
