In Peyrouses, in the evening, it is Thierry who works behind the stoves for the table d'hôtes in Sarlat-la-Canéda.

The chef offers you seasonal dishes, for example:
- Périgord plate with foie gras and homemade smoked and dried duck breast, egg cocotte with porcini mushrooms
- Between Land and Sea, Veal Stew with Scallops
- Puff pastry of mushrooms from our undergrowth with foie gras
- Duck confit with Sarladaise potatoes and porcini mushrooms
- Duck breast
- XXL porcini mushroom omelette
- Etc.
For dessert, don't miss its fresh fruit gratin, its revisited lemon tart, its citrus pleasure, its homemade profiteroles, pineapple and strawberry carpaccio with rosemary syrup and many other surprises!Table d'hôtes by prior reservation only, served every evening except Sunday
The menu includes a main course and a dessert for €25 (excluding drinks). It is listed on the blackboard in our dining room.
Cheese platter for those who wish with a supplement of €6
Dinner will be served on the terrace if the weather permits or in the dining room.
The menu changes daily and features fresh, local produce.
