Les Peyrouses Gourmet dining at a guesthouse in Sarlat

In the evening at Les Peyrouses, it is Thierry who works behind the stoves for the table d'hôtes in Sarlat-la-Canéda.

As an aperitif, enjoy our homemade peach or walnut wine (or another of your choice from our menu). Thierry will be happy to share his love of cooking with you, whether you are staying in one of our guest rooms or in our rental house.

Chef Thierry Dolain's Kitchen

The chef offers you, for example, the following options throughout the seasons:

• Périgord-style platter with foie gras and homemade smoked and dried duck breast, baked egg with porcini mushrooms
• Between Land and Sea, Veal Stew with Scallops
• Puff pastry with mushrooms from our woodlands and foie gras
• Duck confit with Sarlat-style potatoes and porcini mushrooms
• Duck breast
• XXL Porcini Mushroom Omelette
• Etc.

For dessert, don't miss their fresh fruit gratin, their revisited lemon tart, their citrus delight, their homemade profiteroles, pineapple and strawberry carpaccio with rosemary syrup and many other surprises!

The set menu is available by prior reservation only, served every evening except Sunday.
The set menu includes a main course and dessert for €25 (excluding drinks). It is listed on the chalkboard in our dining room.
Cheese platter available for those who wish, with an additional charge of €6.

Dinner will be served on the terrace if the weather permits, or in the dining room.
The menu changes daily and showcases fresh, local produce.
