My girlfriend and I arrived quite late in the context of a roadtrip in the south of France, around 11PM. We only had time to enjoy a good night's sleep and breakfast before hitting the road again but were very pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and private as it did not share access with any of the other rooms of the property - the dozens of pages filled out in the guest book are a testament to the quality of the stay of other guests. The grounds were beautiful and the breakfast was equally delicious. There was a huge variety of choice for things to eat, from croissants and fresh fruit, picked in the garden to apple juice and sauce made from the neighbouring orchard to homemade jams and local cured meats - all while overlooking a beautiful stream and floral garden. The hosts were not intrusive at all but also made sure we were comfortable during our stay. I'd highly recommend stopping by for anyone considering somewhere to stay in the area.

Fantastic location and very welcoming host. You wake up to the Dordogne flowing calmly by and walk over to an excellent and generous breakfast. I TrueBlue appreciated the modern and excellent coffee machine available for breakfast. The room is large and very comfortable. If you want to have dinner make sure to let them know ahead of time.
