Passion knows no bounds as Petrie and Jaco, originally from South Africa, travelled across continents before finding themselves in the south of France 20 years later to realize their shared dream: to acquire a vineyard on one of the most beautiful hillsides in the Dordogne. It was in 2022 that the long-awaited vineyard became available under the name Château de Lestevenie, a magnificent estate with white limestone soils that honor the Terblanche family. Also from South Africa, Ramon was quick to join the duo in this exceptional adventure to breathe new life into the château, which then combined tradition and modernity. The ancestral techniques combined with Ramon's artisanal know-how and complemented by the scientific skills of Petrie and Jaco offer a wine with a unique taste of the terroir, award-winning and recognized vintages where each bottle tells a story.
