  The Bois Coquet Estate is a small family campsite*** with 57 pitches ideal for children, young and old. It welcomes you from April to October a few steps from the town of La Douze in the Dordogne, between Périgueux and Les Eyzies, in the immediate vicinity of countless tourist sites. Come and enjoy this natural setting during a stay or a weekend with friends or family.
  
  For a stay closer to nature, choosing a lodge tent for your next vacation is a scent of adventure and an invitation to travel! A pleasant and peaceful stay, with all the necessary comfort.
  
  The Bois Coquet Estate campsite can also accommodate tents, caravans or motorhomes. It is equipped with 4 rental units, as well as mobile homes and 2 toilet blocks.
  
  For your activities on site, many facilities are available to you: a large heated swimming pool of 200 m², a playground for children, farm animals, mini tennis, table tennis, pétanque courts.
  
  The ideal place to meet up with friends or family in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere around a refreshment. The snack bar offers you a simple menu with on the menu: fries, hamburgers, pizzas, ice cream, etc…
  
  To save you having to take the car, the grocery store is open every day.
  
  You will find all the basic necessities there: food, hygiene, cleaning products, as well as local products.

We stayed at this van campsite for two nights. We understood the reason for so many positive reviews.....super friendly welcome, a place surrounded by nature that is well kept...a place that invites you to do sports and play with your travel companion and your children: they are in fact available for those staying board games, garden games, volleyball court, tennis court, bowling green, swimming pool, games for children and even an inflatable game.... there are also farm animals cared for with love. I am normally against keeping animals in captivity, but here I could really see the love with which they are kept and the large spaces available to them... truly compliments to the magnificent family who manages this wonderful place!!

Arrived since Monday, great campsite, super friendly and attentive owners. It’s a total change of scenery from our respective professions. Spacious campsite. Nice swimming pool. Eco-friendly campsite, no cars on site but not far away. You can drop off your shopping by car at the tent and then store your car in the parking lot. Good animation. Here is the setting where you disconnect from everything Rest assured that I particularly recommend for its calm and the area.

Very nice and quiet campsite, run by available and welcoming people. Bucolic environment with a mini farm spacious pitches. Ideal for a summer stay.. It’s a shame that the access road from La Douze is in such poor condition.
