As you will have understood, it is Sandra who is in the kitchen, ready to cook, peel, deseed and let simmer the gourmet recipes that she invents according to her imagination and creativity. Passionate about fruits and their sweet sweet flavor , she dived into the pot in 2011 after having learned the technique of cooking with the boule alongside Francis Miot, the president of the jam makers of France. Light in sugar and rich in fruit, her preparations are then pure delights that preserve the perfumes, the colors and the aromas of the fruit, offering your taste buds the pleasure of enjoying at any time of the day. More than a master jam maker, Sandra is a true artist who transforms a simple ingredient into a fruity delight.

Les Délices de Sandra, a varied range to discover in Dordogne

Gluttony is a wonderful trait that Sandra values in her workshop. Every day, she dons her apron to concoct delicious fruit-based dishes, such as:


  • Fruit stews , less sweet and richer in flavor than traditional jams
  • Fruit or vegetable preserves as well as ephemeral preserves like Christmas preserves
  • Varietal jellies offered in batch form
  • Vinegar condiments, some of which are available in spray form
  • Organic stews since 2024, a recent range that delights palates

Les Délices de Sandra, exceptional products with quality ingredients

Taste is everything ! That's why Sandra makes a point of carefully selecting each ingredient before cooking them using the "boulé" cooking technique. This technique involves pre-cooking the sugar before adding the fruit, which then preserves the maximum flavor and the beauty of its color. Stewed, candied, jellies, or pickled condiments, the range is complete with a variety of flavors:


  • Black cherry, fig, apricot, orange, pineapple, passion fruit, strawberry, raspberry, peach, redcurrant, kiwi, papaya, mirabelle plum, grapefruit, lemon, blueberry, pear, rhubarb… for fruits, sometimes with notes of cinnamon or vanilla
  • Onion and pepper for vegetables with a special jam made for the Christmas season.
  • Grape juice from the great grape varieties of Bergerac and Bordeaux for the production of vinegar condiments and grape jelly.
