Sandra Lestang 's fruit stews are more than just jams. The fruits are chosen for their quality, picked at perfect ripeness and used with respect for their specific characteristics. Everything is homemade by Sandra, trained by Francis Miot, a very talented jam maker who taught her to perfectly respect the taste of the fruits, to combine flavors so that they complement each other, without masking one another.
