Sandra Lestang 's fruit stews are not (just) jams. They can be spread on bread, in yogurt, on a slice of cake, or eaten as is, with a spoon, just for the pleasure of an explosion of fruit in your mouth. Prepared with fruit (strawberries, blackberries, currants, blueberries, cherries, melon), citrus fruits (grapefruit, orange, lemon, etc.) and other nuts (walnuts), flavored with fresh, natural spices (vanilla, cinnamon, etc.), they are truly delicious, not too sweet.

The fruits are chosen for their quality, picked at perfect ripeness and used with respect for their particularities. Everything is homemade by Sandra, trained by Franscis Miot, a great artisan jam maker who taught her to perfectly respect the taste of the fruits, to accommodate the flavors to make them complementary, without them masking each other.
