  Really enjoyed our Christmas break there, I felt it was good value The meals were lovely, all the staff were very friendly No problems at all with The English language I did a round of golf and found the course to be good, but I am a beginner when it comes to golf. Only problem was the ground was wet, but it was on the 26th December So all in all I would not hesitate to return Thank you to all at the Hotel Sam and Wendy

  Absolutely beautiful location, wonderful atmosphere with excellent food. Attention to detail was brilliant, above all friendly and welcoming.... yes, will definitely visit again.

  We stayed at Chateau Les Merles this summer and it was absolutely wonderful. The entree is inviting as well as impressive and we were welcomed with warm hospitality. It is a family ran business which has an amazing charm seen through the care and passion they put in. We had a great room with a view over the valley and a contemporary design, the room was spacious and an extremely comfortable bed. As the hotel only has about 20 rooms, there is a lot of privacy and never crowded. We spend a nice afternoon at the pool and played a round of the (very challenging) golf course, which was very relaxing. A fantastic dinner at the restaurant made our stay a truly memorable one. Thank you Chateau Les Merles!
