It is in a magnificent setting, in a little paradise, that the upscale Hotel Restaurant is located, offering 10 refined and elegant rooms, including two suites.

Nestled near the Dordogne River, which flows peacefully, meandering languidly between wooded hills ( the Trémolat bend is just a few minutes away), this magnificent 3-hectare estate shelters a cozy 19th-century residence. A blend of tradition and modernity, tastefully decorated to create an immediate sense of tranquility, this fully renovated former farmhouse exudes a gentle way of life. It has retained all its charm with exposed stone and beams, the welcome coolness of the stone in summer, and a warm atmosphere within its walls.

The Tradition Rooms at Hotel La Métairie each have a unique décor. While approximately 18 square meters, they all share comfort, modern amenities, attractive furnishings, and comfortable bedding. You can also opt for half-board at the Hotel Restaurant La Métairie, a great way to relax and enjoy a delicious meal on-site. The Prestige Rooms, approximately 24 square meters, offer views of the estate's park and the surrounding countryside and are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort during the summer months.

Two suites are available: a very large one and a smaller one (the Junior), they have a separate living room and are ideal for a family stay.

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, WIFI, private bathroom and television.

La Métairie is also a fine dining restaurant. Settle into the sumptuous interior, both authentic and sophisticated, with its stone walls and a sun-drenched terrace, like a wonderful garden nestled amidst lush greenery. Porcini mushrooms, foie gras, confit, truffles, and other delicacies are on the menu (reservations recommended), where the wine list perfectly complements the flavors of the dishes created by the Chef.

The rooms and suites are located in the house, near which is a magnificent swimming pool, bordered by a landscaped garden. You are in an idyllic setting ; relax on the sun loungers and take the time to enjoy this moment of tranquility before or after exploring the region, which abounds with cultural and leisure activities.

La Métairie is ideally located for exploring the treasures of the Périgord region. You'll find yourself in a golden triangle between Périgueux, Bergerac, and Sarlat. With family or friends, you can explore the nearby Vézère Valley, from its confluence with the Dordogne River at Limeuil, upstream towards Le Bugue, Saint-Léon-sur-Vézère, and even as far as Montignac (home to the Lascaux Caves) and Terrasson, enjoying the attractions of cultural tourist sites related to prehistory.
