      The Hostellerie du Passeur, a former bourgeois house, is located on the riverbank, opposite the picturesque rock which houses the statue of Cro-Magnon Man and the new National Museum of Prehistory. The rooms are comfortable and charming. Panoramic terrace on the esplanade on the banks of the Vézère, delightful and shaded. Hotel and restaurant fully air-conditioned.

    Hotel located in a fabulous setting at the foot of troglodyte dwellings, on the banks of the Vézère, very well equipped to enjoy a peaceful place. The welcome is pleasant, the interior decoration is original and neat. The meal was excellent, the service quality. The room is decent, the bedding comfortable. We appreciated the peace and quiet. Hearty breakfast (savory and sweet). A place we will return to with pleasure.

    We stayed here as part of a organised bicycle tour. The food was great , the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Being able to walk straight out and explore the town was a real bonus. I would stay here again for sure.
