We stayed one night. The room was clean. However, the walls are very thin. You can hear absolutely everything that happens in the hallway or in the neighboring rooms. We had booked this room (and two others) months in advance, and it had been agreed that we could keep it a little later than 12 pm. The day before our arrival, we called to make sure everything was in order. The person we spoke to openly mocked us on the phone and denied having offered to let us keep the room a little longer. She was truly awful and suggested we cancel our reservation if we weren't satisfied (because it was high season). It was also impossible to arrange for key collection upon our arrival that evening, even though this had also been agreed upon. Similarly, no effort was made the next morning at breakfast to accommodate six of us. Fortunately, the rooms were clean and the rest of the staff (especially housekeeping) were very helpful and polite, which made the stay more pleasant. I do not recommend it.

A very nice hotel, very pleasant, and a lovely pool! I was simply extremely disappointed with the gentleman at reception who was not very friendly when I asked him if it was possible to tour the premises. I booked a room here because my great-grandparents, the Lasserre family, built this hotel, but I was only allowed to see the room and the pool. A shame.
