  Reservation cancelled by the hotel two weeks before our arrival 😅 We had booked accommodation and the spa for four people over a month ago. Today, we learned from our employee benefits committee that the hotel simply cancelled our reservation, without any explanation, without offering an alternative, and above all, without any direct communication from them. I understand your desire to optimize your occupancy rate. However, offering preferential rates to employee benefits committees only to then renege on your commitment, cancel, and leave customers in the lurch is unprofessional and extremely disappointing. This type of behavior not only harms the customer experience, but it also permanently damages your image, generates mistrust in your partnerships, and gives the impression that profitability takes precedence over honoring commitments.   Logé dans le clos de la Boétie Une très belle et grande chambre, literie : taille et confort excellent Salle de bain : équipée d'une baignoire à bulles et d'une douche italienne à jets Le petit déjeuner : salé et sucré est très bien L'hôtel est équipé d'une piscine, d'un jacuzzi et sauna La situation de l'hôtel est à 5 minutes à pieds du centre médiévale

  A very pleasant hotel... The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Access to the pool and jacuzzi is a big plus. The staff is very friendly. A minor negative point regarding breakfast... By 9 am there was nothing but leftovers and the dishes were no longer being replenished.
