La Bastide, an authentic 280 ^m² Périgord farmhouse dating from the ^18th century, will enchant you with the charm of its old stone walls. Adjoining the house, you'll find a private, heated 5x10m swimming pool, fenced and equipped with parasols and sun loungers, a terrace furnished with a table and garden chairs under a pergola, and a CleverSteel fire pit. The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, which features an authentic, monumental fireplace.

The large living room (50 sq ^m ), with its leather sofas surrounding a second stone fireplace, includes a TV area (satellite, DVD, Hi-Fi, etc.) and a games area. On the ground floor, there are two completely independent, air-conditioned bedrooms (each with two 80/200 cm electric double beds), each with its own bathroom and separate toilet. Upstairs, there are four air-conditioned bedrooms (two with 160/200 cm beds and two with two 80/200 cm electric double beds) and three shower rooms with toilets. A small sitting room completes the first floor.
