La Bastide, an authentic 280 ^m2 Perigord farmhouse from the ^18th century, will enchant you with the charm of its old stones. Adjacent to the house is a private heated swimming pool (5x10m) fenced with parasols and deckchairs, a terrace equipped with a garden table and chairs in the shade of a pergola, and a CleverSteel brazier. The fitted kitchen opens onto the living room, which is decorated with an authentic monumental cantou fireplace.

The large living room (50 m ² ), with its leather sofas surround a 2nd stone fireplace. A TV corner (Satellite, DVD, Hifi, etc.) and a games area complete the living room. On the ground floor, 2 completely independent air-conditioned bedrooms (double electric beds 2x80/200), each with a bathroom and separate WC. Upstairs 4 air-conditioned bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 160/200 bed, and 2 bedrooms with double electric beds 2x80/200) and 3 shower rooms and WC. A small living room completes the first floor.
