  A wonderful experience, the welcome was fantastic, we were even able to eat there at 2 pm – it was very good! We really appreciated the kindness of the people on site.

  Fantastic canoe company that offers itineraries on the Vézère and Dordogne rivers. I recently went down the river from Les Eyzies to Limeuil (around a 4 hour decent) with a friend in individual open kayaks. We had the river to ourselves thanks to the weather which was great. We arrived just before 11am and were kitted out and on the road to the starting point in Les Eyzies in under 10 minutes. The kayaks were great, and I recommend getting the watertight barrels for any food and spare clothing you want to take down the river. It makes stopping and picnic-ing much easier. We had a problem booking using the website, so I emailed to make a reservation. The response was quick and friendly. I recommend reserving in advance especially in high season as the canoeing is popular on both rivers.

  The meal was decent, however, I found the price quite high for the portion size. As for the welcome, it was very unpleasant; the receptionist didn't seem happy to see us arrive. This was really disappointing, especially since the setting is quite nice. The receptionist was condescending, and it put everyone off. I don't recommend it.
