  We ordered pizzas by phone at 7:15 PM and were told to pick them up at 8:15 PM. When we arrived, we were asked if we could "wait 5 minutes," which was no problem, of course. We (naively) thought they were in the oven. But time passed (and so did the 5 minutes 🤣🤣), customers came to pick up their orders and were served. Not us. We waited with a smile 😃. A young woman asked us what we were waiting for, and her colleague told her he was taking care of it because HE (another pizza maker) had forgotten to send the order. Anyway... This isn't about blaming an oversight, because to err is human; it can happen to anyone, especially on a Saturday night. We just wish they'd told us to our faces, and a simple apology would have been appreciated (and a little hot sauce as a gift 🎁, but that was asking too much). The pizzas were average (but not bad either). First time for us, and our last.

  Excellent pizzas with a good crust and quality ingredients, great atmosphere, what more could you ask for?
