Fantastic experience in the Dordogne! If you're ever in the area, I highly recommend it! The animals are adorable, and there are regularly free activities in the park, like animal feedings or prehistoric storytelling. There's also an indoor museum and workshops. I didn't participate in the workshops myself, but I have no doubt they're excellent! I recommend it if you want to learn more about prehistory!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I really don't recommend this place. We bought the combined ticket with Lascaux, which came to €3.50, and thankfully so, because it's clearly not worth more (especially not €11.50!). There weren't many animals, but that wasn't the main issue. We'd barely arrived when there was a mistake on the map; we were faced with ibex, not fallow deer. Okay, fine, let's move on. The enclosures were pathetic, with very little enrichment. Some animals are outside the park, so they're free to see? But what upset me the most was the wolf enclosure. It's tiny, all metal and glass. The explanations during the presentation were brief, during which children are allowed to climb onto the low wall and walk along the glass, taunting the wolves who sadly try to bite/lick throughout the entire presentation, just so the visitors can get a closer look...

Disappointing welcome. We arrived at 4:02 PM and were refused entry under the pretext that the park closed at 5:00 PM. An hour was more than enough for a visit. No effort was made, and no alternative was offered. We made the trip for nothing.

Nice cute little zoo with a few animals, you can combine tickets with Lascaux. Good place to visit with children, check out the days they have ateliers
