    • Mescoules Zoo is a small animal park, in the south of Périgord, between Bergerac and Eymet. You will nevertheless see beautiful reptile specimens there, in a suitable environment pampered by a team of passionate caretakers. Outside, you can also see raccoons, porcupines and many other mammals and birds. It is a friendly and family-friendly place, ideal for introducing young people to these little-known species.

    Visited with my girlfriend, very nice zoo, animals seem happy and have places to hide. Interesting reptile section

    Lovely day out for our three year old. He particularly enjoyed feeding the raccoons. Very helpful and friendly owners.

    I do not normally rate places unless they are very good or very poor. This place is run down. Weeds everywhere. Needs a good clean. Would not recommend this place. For those who know the Craggy Island fun fair of Father Ted, I'd choose the fun fair.
