Location: Bergerac
Beers: La Nove is a brewery set up as a cooperative by Béatrice and Emmanuel, based in Bergerac. It's a social and solidarity economy project, so beyond making good organic beers, they have great values behind their hops!
Location: Coly
Beers: French hops, spring water, and nothing else! Chavagn' is now located right next to a spring. Three ranges are available: fruity (chestnuts, raspberries...yum), Craft Beer (with US and UK flavors), and classics (6 beers with new, yet familiar, flavors!).

Around ten different references will be offered to you (blonde, white, amber, special holiday, Indian pale ale ...), they are brewed with water from the spring of a nearby village: Estevenie.
Location: Grignols
The beers: They are all organic, peasant, and traditional. Mathieu is committed to brewing cereals grown as close as possible to the place where this mild and fine beer is produced. Trained in La Rochelle, he uses barley produced by him on his farm; it is certified organic, and the range extends from amber to white, blond, and brown.
Anecdote: Like almost all these breweries, we invite you to go directly to the production site to buy your bottles but also to meet Mathieu who will passionately explain the work of the farmer/brewer!
Location: Thiviers, in Périgord Vert
Beers: These are organic, made from barley and wheat malt. Particularly sensitive to the quality of yeasts, they choose liquid yeasts to benefit from a wide spectrum of strains and give varied flavors to the beers.

Location: Saint-Cyprien
Beers: In Saint-Cyp', there is a very beautiful metal bridge and a lovely weekly market. There is also a great brewery: La Croix du Rat, which offers an Irish-Périgourdine beer! Stephen is originally from Dublin and after a long experience as a brewer, he settled in Saint-Cyprien. His beer is as natural as possible: GMO-free, kosher and organic. This beer is easily recognized by its shimmering and fun labels. You will find it in blonde, amber, a stout version (sweet and powerful, with a chocolate coffee flavor, like the one Stephen found in Ireland!). There is also the "dark white", the real Périgordine with chestnut and the one with Périgord honey.
