The estate , located in Neuvic in the Dordogne , extends over 20 hectares bordered by two rivers : the Isle and the Vern.
It is on this estate that Caviar de Neuvic chose to create a fish farm dedicated to the breeding of sturgeons to produce its famous caviar. Year after year, the activity has developed because today they offer caviar but not only that, 95% of their sturgeon is valued : sturgeon rillettes, smoked range...
Guided by their professionals , you will discover how modern farming methods respect fish and nature. They will reveal to you the passion that drives them when they care for sturgeons and develop their products.
