In our shop, adjoining our manufacturing laboratory in Eyzies-de-Tayac-Sireuil, we offer different truffles to accompany your dishes with excellence:
Tuber Mélanosporum, the Périgord black truffle, harvested from November 20 to March 15
Tuber Aestivum, white summer truffle, harvested from April to September.
