    • NICOLAS GUITTET, like two of his brothers, was drawn to glasswork at a very young age. He began training with a blowtorch, taught by his brother Dominique, and then began in the Parisian workshop of Joël FRESSARD.

Then, for 8 years, he worked in Rocamadour. In the 1980s, he created the VERRERIE DE CORDES-SUR-CIEL which he sold in 2005. In 2007, with his partner Guillemette Rivaux, he built his workshop in the Périgord Noir, in "Puyvendran" (24260 Savignac-de-Miremont).

It is in Limeuil (24510) on the road to Trémolat, 150m from the port, that he set up his new workshop: L'Atelier du Verre Soufflé.

Passionate about his craft, and particularly about cane -blown glass, Nicolas has trained throughout his career. He acquired his initial knowledge from Eric Laurent. His unique works are created entirely by himself. He also uses several techniques: cutting, sandblasting, casting, fusing, etc.
