- “Special issue”: photographic art gallery in Périgord Noir
  Nathalie Houdin and Florence Devaux are artist photographers. In search of a new life project, they fell under the spell of Périgord Noir and this 19th century building opening onto the horizon. After long works, they actually have their living space, and have transformed the barn part into an art gallery. It's the realization of a long-held dream, a slightly crazy project, but with passion everything is possible, the proof!
  
  The ART GALLERY is literally on the side of a rock. Designer and mineral atmosphere , where the stone responds to the metal of the grand staircase and the wood of the original framework. “A raw beauty, white, cement, pebbles, rock, and works of art… the whole thing exudes an energizing purity.” (Marie-Dominique Perrin - journalist and columnist)
  
  This unusual place hosts temporary exhibitions from April to October. “We choose our photographers for their high standards, originality, and the quality of their work.” The art prints on display are offered for sale. Upstairs is a boutique area.
  
  The two artists offer individual or small group photo courses, all levels. Optimal conditions, personalized support.
  
  Do you have a thirst for adventure and wide open spaces? Florence and Nathalie have created their own TRAVEL AGENCY and organize exceptional safaris in Southern Africa.

This was the best accomodation ever. Florence and Nathalie are exceptional. Location is great. Surrounding is wonderful. Breakfasts were like heaven. We always took time to enjoy in them. The diner we had was marvellous. We got much more than we expected. Peace, tranquility, culture, personal contact. Priceless. I strongly recommend it.

We were one of the first to enjoy this beautiful new B&B, set up by 2 talented women. They had the courage to follow their hearts, turn their lives around 180 degrees and make their dream come true. The passion for photography and traveling can be felt and seen in the tasteful decor of the beautiful rooms with private terrace. The stylish gallery where their work can be seen is part of the location. A beautiful place with a fantastic view. We got to know Florence and Nathalie as 2 warm-hearted ladies, who make everything possible to make their guests happy. A delicious, extensive breakfast or dinner with fresh regional products, homemade jams and wine. Nothing is too much for them and we have felt very welcome. We have enormous respect for the beautiful project that they have built in this fantastic place in the Dordogne. Florence and Nathalie thank you very much for your hospitality and the stay at your beautiful B&B. We wish you all the luck! Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 2 nights. For the room and ambiance 5 * and for hospitality 6*. Florence and Nathalie are excellent hosts and will do anything to please their guests. So people if you want to visit the region , make sure you reserved your little spot in paradise.
