GORODKA, AN ATYPICAL "VILLAGE / GALLERY" IN THE DORDOGNE

In the Dordogne, 4 kilometers from Sarlat, nestles a Dream Art Village built 40 years ago by Pierre Shasmoukine. It's a kind of open-air museum with 5 galleries, 3 Nature trails and more than 600 works, all from the imagination of this multi-card artist. Alternately Architect, painter poet and precursor… In the 80s, he put his life as an artist on hold to devote himself to what was not yet called "Renewable Energies". All these pioneering years are exhibited in photos in the Gallery "History of Gorodka".

GORODKA, A SINGULAR ART GALLERY NEAR SARLAT

A precursor misunderstood by local authorities, he resumed his life as an artist. Drawing, Painting, Writing… Tales for adults and for children, Texts "of humor and humor". His paintings are often illustrated with playful or dreamlike poems. Gorodka will exhibit many artists and in the 90s, Pierre Shasmoukine will open a popular Russian restaurant "Bistrot Za".
